We provide two options for maintenance depending on the size of your company
Annual Maintenance	An annual fee for server maintenance and associated services
Units	Aimed at the smaller business, units are based on time. One unit allows a customer 15 minutes access to our support team, so that issues, problems or queries can be resolved. It may also used for general consultancy.

We know that no two organisations support requirements are the same, that is why we are flexible in our approach. Some of our clients use a combination of both, annual maintenance for servers and units for everything else to obtain a cost-effective support solution.
